1. Promotion Overview
The Seasonal Share Circle (“Promotion”) is a quarterly referral initiative sponsored by The Women’s Wellness Digest by LERN Media (“Sponsor”), designed to encourage community growth through reader referrals. Participants earn entries by referring new subscribers to the newsletter during the Promotion Period.
2. Promotion Period
The Spring 2026 Promotion begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on April 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Referrals received outside this window will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
Participants enter by sharing their unique referral link provided through The Women’s Wellness Digest.
A Qualified Referral is defined as:
A new subscriber who signs up using the participant’s referral link;
Confirms their email address; and
Remains subscribed through the end of the Promotion Period.
Each Qualified Referral equals one (1) entry into the drawing. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant may earn, provided all referrals are legitimate individuals. Automated, fraudulent, or self-referrals will be disqualified.
5. Prize Structure & Participation Thresholds
Prizes are awarded based on total community participation.
Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the number and/or value of prizes if participation levels do not meet projected thresholds.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing within 10 days following the end of the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize Details
Prizes will be awarded as digital gift cards selected by Sponsor and intended to support wellness-related purchases (e.g., fitness, self-care, nutrition, or lifestyle services).
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. Participation Integrity
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Uses fake email accounts or bots
Attempts to manipulate the referral system
Violates the spirit of the Promotion
All decisions by Sponsor are final.
9. Modification or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if technical issues, fraud, low participation, or other factors impair the integrity or feasibility of the Promotion.
10. Privacy
Participant information will be used solely in accordance with The Women’s Wellness Digest’s privacy practices and will not be sold or shared outside the administration of this Promotion.
11. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Women’s Wellness Digest and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
